ASIC Fee Indexation and Late Fees - See updated ASIC Fees, effective from 1 July 2026 here. From 1 July, any forms lodged 28 days past the effective date, will be issued the revised ASIC late fees.
SMS Sender ID options - We have introduced improvements to how SMS messages are sent from NowInfinity, in line with new Australian regulations that came into effect on 1 July 2026. Identification and Verification (ID&V) is now available for all NowInfinity subscription types. Refer to the help guide here.
Identification and Verification Enhanced Ongoing Monitoring - A new enhanced ongoing monitoring service type has now been released as part of the ID&V solution, see article. In addition to the Enhanced option, this service type offers ongoing watchlist monitoring for Politically Exposed Persons and other Sanction lists for 12 months.
