Identity and Verification (ID&V) request emails are now sent through your customised email settings and these emails can be tracked via the Outgoing Correspondence page, allowing full visibility of client communications and to assist in a streamline compliant verification process, see article.
Sequential signing enabled - Since 30 April 2026, sequential signing has been enabled to support the automation of dating for applicable documents. The final signatory automatically receives the signing envelope once all previous signatories have completed signing. For more information, refer to this guide.
