Email Settings

NowInfinity allows you to customise the outgoing email address for all outgoing email correspondence sent from your NowInfinity account. There are 3 options available for the outgoing email address. NowInfinity’s noreply@nowinfinity.com.au is the default outgoing email address, however we recommend customising this using the AWS (Amazon Web Services) Simple Email Service. The third option is SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol), this option requires your IT provider to configure these settings correctly.

Please note, AWS is our recommended outgoing email option, as this option is a 'set and forget' set up. SMTP requires monitoring and updating whenever there are security settings or password updates with your mail server.
