How to Adjust the Default Number of Entries in Account Settings

Question: How can I modify the default number of entries displayed for our account in the NowInfinity?

Here are the steps to Adjust the Default Number of Entries:

  1. Login to the NowInfinity:
    • Ensure you are logged in as an Administrator. Only admins have access to these settings.
  2. Navigate to Portal > Portal Settings > Account Settings
  3. On the Account Settings page, scroll down until you reach the Table Settings section.
  4. Adjust the Default Number of Entries:
    • In the Table Settings section, you will see an option for the default number of entries.
    • You can modify: (10,25,50 or 100) this number to determine how many entries are displayed per page by default.
  5. Save Changes:
    • After adjusting the default number of entries, click Save to apply the changes.

Notes:

  • Adjusting the default number of entries allows you to customize how much data is displayed per page for your account.
