Question
When completing a trust document or registering a company, how do I date the deed/constitution?
Answer
The applicable documents will be dated automatically via DocuSign once the document is executed. This is enabled by sequential signing being enforced within applicable documents.
The first individual (trustee, director, or director of the corporate trustee) listed within the interview form of the document, will not receive the signing envelope until all other signatories have signed. The dating of the document will reflect when the final signatory signs.
