How do I include a Unit/Level number in an address?

How do I include a unit, level, or shop number in the address field on an ASIC form or document interview form?

Answer

The address field references against an external database of known street addresses. Often this database does not include address details more specific than a street number. To include the unit or level number, follow the below steps:

  1. Check the address to be entered is correct
  2. Select 'Enter Address Manually' from the top right of the address field
  3. Enter the address in full

Note: If the address is not recognised, a warning icon may still display. This can be disregarded if you have confirmed the address is correct.
