Electronic signing (DocuSign) will be available on NowInfinity for the following documents: 

  • Discretionary Trust

  • Discretionary Trust (Capital Reserved Lineal Descendant)

  • Discretionary Trust (Fully Reserved Lineal Descendants)

  • Fixed Unit Trust

  • NSW Land Tax Unit Trust


  • it is a Corporate Trustee that will be signing the document; or
  • there is/are Individual Trustee/s, and the governing jurisdiction is selected as either Queensland, New South Wales or Victoria.
