NowInfinity ID&V with Ongoing Monitoring

Once an Enhanced Identity Check with Ongoing Monitoring has been completed, the watchlist screening outcomes can be tracked through the Ongoing Monitoring Dashboard.

  • The ongoing watchlist and monitoring status is displayed against the individual.
  • Any flags or discrepancies are visible for review.
  • Option to review the outcome and update review status.

You can then determine whether further action or enhanced due diligence is required.

You can click on the Print Icon, at the top right corner of your screen to print or save the results page as a PDF file.

The Ongoing Monitoring Dashboard allows you to keep track of every identity Check with ongoing monitoring.

The request statuses includes:

  • Monitoring Requests: daily checks run to verify an individual’s identity and monitor them against global watchlists.
  • Require Review: a potential match has been detected and requires review
  • Expiring Soon: 30 days before the expiry the verification request will appear under Expiring soon status
  • Expired: the verification request expires after 12 months

Understanding Watchlist Status

The watchlist statuses includes: 

  • Potential Match Found: a potential match has been detected and requires review
  • No Match Found: no relevant matches were identified
  • Match Confirmed: the user has reviewed the result and manually confirmed it is a match
  • Not a Match: the user has reviewed the result and manually confirmed it is not a match

How to Review a Potential Match

If a potential match is identified:

  1. Open the record
  2. Review the match details, including: 
    • Risk Type
    • Match Score
    • Personal details (e.g. date of birth, country)
  3. Select Review Outcome
  4. Choose:   
    • Confirm match
    • Not a match
    • Add a reason for your decision (for audit purposes)

 

Audit & Monitoring History

The system records:

  • Match history - Audit trail of decisions
  • Monitoring history - Tracks all matches over time
