How can I update the Risk Profile of an ID&V result?

Answer

To access the option to update the risk profile:

1. Navigate to Menu > Identity Verification > Identity Verifications
2. Select a verification with "Completed" status
3. Select the "Assign risk rating" from the "Risk profile" heading.
   Note: Option will not be available for risk ratings of "Not Assigned", for standard ID&V requests, and if the risk rating rating has been updated previously.
   
4. Select either:
   • Complete risk assessment
   • Set risk rating manually

Complete risk assessment

Selecting "Complete risk assessment" will provide a series of questions to be complete about your client. 

1. Complete the questionnaire based on the details you have gathered from your client.
   Note: The "Calculated risk" will update as you complete the questionnaire.
   
2. Select "Next" once the questionnaire is completed.
3. Review the "Calculated risk rating", as well as the contributing factors
   
4. Select "Confirm and apply risk rating"

Set risk rating manually

1. Select "Low", "Medium", or "High" from the "Risk rating" dropdown.
2. Enter the reason for the manually assigned risk rating (note: maximum of 200 characters)
3. Select "Apply risk rating"
