Welcome to this edition of the NowInfinity FAQ newsletter. The topics covered in this edition will assist with commonly asked questions in the last month.
Marking a form as signed- When an ASIC form as been wet signed, this can be marked as signed prior to lodgement, if lodging via NowInfinity. Information can be found via guide here.
How to lodge a form- Once a form has been e-signed or marked as wet signed via NowInfinity, the lodge button will be available to start processing with ASIC. See where to locate the lodge feature via article.
Marking a form as externally lodged- If a form was lodged outside of NowInfinity, whether it was postal sent or electronically with ASIC directly, this can be recorded via the Lodgements page of the platform. Access view of feature here.
How to check if a form has been marked as externally lodged- If a form was lodged outside of NowInfinity, this option is available to use. However if a form was intended to be lodged via the NowInfinity platform and the forms have not been processed after some time, it is recommended to check if the form was Marked as Externally Lodged in error, instead of Marked as Signed. Check via guide if this is the case.
Festive hours and notes
Customer Support During the Festive Season - Support operating hours will be 9am to 5pm (AEDT) from 22 December 2025 to 2 January 2026. Our team will be contactable via email support throughout the 2 week period, and via Live Chat from 22 December to 24 December, and from 29 December to 31 December. Please note there will be no support coverage on 2 January.

ASIC Document lodgement over the Christmas closure period - ASIC’s offices will be closed over the Christmas and New Year period, but you will still be able to lodge documents via the Regulatory Portal during this period. Click here to read more.
