Support operating hours will be 9am to 5pm (AEDT) from 22 December 2025 to 2 January 2026. Our team will be contactable via email support throughout the two week period, and via Live Chat on 22 to 24 December as well as 29 to 31 December. Please note there will be no support coverage on 2 January. Phone support and normal operating hours will resume on 5 January 2026.
NowInfinity Stamping Services
Deed stamping services will be closed from 20 December 2025 and will re-open on 5 January 2026. Any Deed stamping orders received after 3pm on December 19th 2025, will be attended to upon the teams return on 5 January 2026.
NowInfinity Printing Services
Printing services will remain operational throughout the festive season, with the exception of public holidays. All printing orders will continue to be dispatched as usual. Please ensure to review tracking links and local Post Office operating hours. Kindly note that redelivery requests in the new year will incur a service fee.
NowInfinity Legal Services
This holiday season, NowInfinity’s legal services provider, DGF Morgan, will be closed from COB 19 December 2025 to 5 January 2026. To ensure timely completion of any pending work, we kindly request that cost agreements be returned with the necessary information before COB 1 December 2025. If cost agreements are returned after 1 December 2025, DGF Morgan will use their best endeavours to complete the work prior to 19 December 2025. Please note new requests for legal services received on or after 7 December 2025, will be attended to upon return after 5 January 2026.
