How to mark a Lodgement as signed


How can I mark a lodgement as Signed? 


If a document is manually signed by a client, you have the option to mark the document as signed and to upload the signed document.

Note: If lodging electronically, the signing date recorded by ASIC will be the date of lodgement. If you are anticipating a delay between the date of signing the document and the date of lodgement, you may prefer to use the electronic signing feature. Alternatively, after lodgement, a form 492 can be lodged with ASIC to correct the signing date.

  1. Navigate to Menu > Corporate Messenger > Lodgements > Select the 3 dots > select "Mark as Signed"
  2. Upload signed document
  3. Select "Confirm Signing Completed"
