Order Not Found when accessing documents


I am receiving the message "Order Not Found" when I open a document from the Company Profile or the Lodgement list. How do I access the documents?




For example if the Annual Statement or ASIC form was lodged/received under the previous Agent via NowInfinity, and there has been a merger between two practices, the record is moved to you as the new Agent.

The attached PDF documents can then be found by accessing the Company's timeline. The documents can be downloaded by selecting the relevant PDF.

As the collaboration page will not be accessible additional actions, such as sending for e-signing, will not be available.
