When notifying ASIC of our Registered Address changing via an RA01 form, do we also need to lodge a 484 Change of Address form for all our Companies to update their Registered Addresses?
Answer
If an agent updates their address via a RA01 form, a 484 Change of Address form will also need to be lodged to update the Registered Address of the Companies with the agent registered Address.
The RA01 form only updates the Agent Address with ASIC while form 484's will update the Registered Address for all the Companies. This can also be done using bundle changes.
