When entering the 'Date of Share Transfer' via a form 484C3, it is important to ensure this effective date is after the relevant Shareholder dates recorded via the Share Transactions page.
This can be accessed by navigating to Menu > Corporate Messenger > Companies > Enter Profile > Share Transactions view.
If the 'Date of Share Transfer' is prior to the share transaction dates, this may cause a merging error, and may fail to display certain shareholders via the generated form.
Check the "Share Transactions" view to ensure the dates of the transactions are correct and edit if required.
Note: It is advised that the first transactions should reflect the earliest known date the shareholder held that number of shares, and will most commonly be the transaction at issue. If the form continues to generate incorrectly, contact NowInfinity support.
