How can I mark an ASIC Form the was sent for signing outside of NowInfinity as sent?
Answer
The sent status can be updated from Menu > Corporate Messenger > Lodgements, and can be actioned upon a single form, or in bulk.
Notes:
- The lodgement's status must be Waiting For Signature to update the form.
- This process marks that the document has sent externally from NowInfinity, it does not send the document for e-signing
- The date recorded as having be Sent Manually is the date the update is completed
Single Form Update
- Navigate to Menu > Corporate Messenger > Lodgements
- Select the 3 dots to the right of the lodgement
- select Mark as Sent
Bulk Update
- Navigate to Menu > Corporate Messenger > Lodgements
- Select the checkbox to the left of the forms you wish to update
- From the top right, select Actions > Mark as Sent
