What form can be used to withdraw a lodged ASIC form?
Answer
Form 106 can be used to make this type of withdrawal request. Lodging form 106 does not guarantee the lodged form will be withdrawn. ASIC will review each request depending on the circumstances.
Note: ASIC only accept selected forms types for withdrawal. It is best to confirm with ASIC directly regarding which form types are accepted.
ASIC only accept paper lodgement for this form type.
