Why is 'Form Only' the only document generation option appearing within the Form 484E for a Public Company?
Answer
When completing a Form 484E for a Public Company with no Shareholders, (Menu > Corporate Messenger > Companies > Company Profile > Detail Changes) within the "Appoint company officeholder" tab, if 'Members' is selected for the "Who is appointing the Director?" field, 'Form Only' will be the only document generation option to appear.
To generate the Resolution/Minutes option, this field would need to be updated to 'Director(s)' since no Shareholders are present within the Company to appoint the new Directors.
