How to attach supporting documents on NowInfinity via forms submitted to ASIC?
Answer
For lodgements submitted through NowInfinity, only the form data itself sent to ASIC - attachments are not included. This is the design of the EDGE system by ASIC.
This includes any wet signed documents that are uploaded when using the marked as signed feature. These are only uploaded to the NowInfinity platform for record keeping purposes, however not submitted to ASIC.
If the form requires additional information or evidence, this must be lodged directly with ASIC via post or email. For specific advice, ASIC can be contacted directly.
