Is it possible to appoint more than one Director within an ASIC form?
Answer
The 484B2 Appointment of Officeholder Form, only allows for one Officeholder to be appointed per form.
To appoint more than one Director, the following ASIC forms can be used:
- 484 Extended
- 484B12 Appointment and Cessation of Officeholders
These forms can be accessed via Menu > Corporate Messenger > Companies > Search Company > Profile > Details Changes > 484B12/484E
