Is there a form to complete multiple company changes all at once?

Is there a form to do an appointment/cessation of officeholder, address change and a share transfer all at once?

Answer

Yes. All form 484's have been separated for different changes, however the Form 484E ‘Extended 484 Form’ allows you to appoint, resign, change address, and transfer shares all in one form. 

You can access this form by navigating to a Company Profile > Share Management or Details Changes > 484E.

Note: The cancellation and issue of shares cannot be completed via the Extended 484 form, and would need to be drafted and signed separately on the NowInfinity platform.
