Are there any limitations for Joint Shareholders within ASIC forms and documents created within NowInfinity?
Answer
NowInfinity allows up to 10 Joint Individual Shareholders to be entered within ASIC forms.
The following Joint Shareholdings are not supported within NowInfinity:
- Joint Corporate Shareholders
- Joint Corporate and Individual Shareholders
The Company Registration document within the platform only allows up to 4 Joint Individual Shareholders per tab. Please note, adding a second tab by clicking the "Add one more Shareholder" button will list the Shareholders as separate from the first tab, and issue a separate share.
Should you require either of the above unsupported Joint Shareholder types when completing ASIC forms, or more than 4 Individual Joint Shareholders via the Company registration document, we recommend to lodge via ASIC directly.
