How to search via Global Search feature?
Answer
The Global Search feature allows users to search any document, Company, Trust, SMSF found in the account.
The Global Search feature is visible whilst on any page of the platform. The search bar is located via the top blue banner, appearing as white.
Note: There may be a delay until a newly created document or recently added entity will appear within the Global Search's results. This can still be access from the relevant page listing the corresponding documents. Instructions on searching these specific pages can be found from:
- Completed Documents list
- Companies list
- Trust list
