How can I find a list of all documents created within the NowInfinity platform and export this for record-keeping/auditing purposes?
Answer
1. Navigate to Menu > Documents > Completed Documents, to view all completed documents.
You may search the relevant name and enter the relevant date range accordingly.
2. To export, select the documents you would like included in an export using the tick boxes on the left-hand side of the document name.
3. Once faced with the above screen, you may refer to the top arrow to change the date range to display. By default, the page will display the past 3 months, however this can be changed on a case-by-case basis.
4. You would then select the documents you want to export using the check-boxes on the left hand side of the document name. If you want to export all in the list, you can use the top-most check-box to select all.
5. Once your selection and date range is satisfactory, you can press the 'Actions' button as outlined by the bottom arrow in the above snip. This actions button will show the option to export the data selected to an Excel spreadsheet.
Please note: Dependent on the amount of documents selected, the download may be instant or take a few minutes before completed.
