On the Main Menu, you will see ‘Funds’ under the SuperComply heading.
When you click on ‘Funds’, it will then list all the Funds under your account.
The grid above lists all Funds under your account. This feature has a strong search functionality.
As a starting point, you can sort by status:
Active (default select).
Archived
Wound up
You can also sort by parameter:
- Name if Fund: default sort, sorted alphabetically A-Z.
- Next Upgrade Date: sorted alphabetically A-Z.
- Establishment date: descending order, from newest oldest Fund.
- SMSF manager: sorted alphabetically A-Z.
There are also tabs that run along the top of the grid. These are another search functionality. These tabs allow you to search by:
- 'All' tab: where all Trusts available in Trust registry are displayed. Opens by 'default'
- Upgrade Due Soon:
i. Upgrade Due soon:
Shows a list of Funds where the next upgrade date is within the next 14 days
ii. Upgrade Overdue
Shows a list of Funds where the next upgrade date is in the past
There is also an option to do a local search through the table. This search is triggered when you input the first letter into the search field.
An advanced search function is also available. This is triggered when you enter three consecutive letters in relation to the word/ name that you are searching for. This will then display all Funds under your account (that are displaying the first three letters). This has a deep search functionality and can search for any data in relation to a Fund.
As well, if you want to only search for Funds that you manage, you can tick the ‘My Funds’ box. Once ticked, a list of Trusts will appear that are tagged to you as an account manager.
‘Pins’ are another way to sort and search Funds.
By default, each Fund has the following PINS set by system automatically:
- Fund status.
- Fund type.
- Jurisdiction.
You can add additional pins by clicking on the ‘pin’ icon.
When the ‘pin’ icon is selected you will see the below screen where pins can be added or deleted.
Deleting a pin:
If you want to search under a specific pin, click on the specific pin you wish to search for. The name of the pin will then become an additional tab along the top of the Fund list.
Then click on the tab and all Funds that to the specific pin will appear.
You are also able to apply a pin to multiple Funds. For example a number of Funds may belong to a family group you wish to categorise. To do this, select the relevant Funds and go to the ‘Actions’ menu and click on ‘Manage Pins’.
Once you've created the pin, it will then apply across the selected Funds.
