How can I appoint myself as the agent of a Foreign Company?
Answer
An agent cannot be appointed for Foreign Company by lodging a Form 362.
To appoint yourself as agent for a Foreign Company a Form 404 would need to be lodged.
The Form 404 cannot be lodge electronically. You can only generate the form via NowInfinity (Menu > Productivity > Other Forms.
ASIC requires you to lodge this form via post. Once you have completed the form, print the documents, wet sign and mail to:
