If there are multiple Directors within a Corporate Shareholder how can I add more than one Director within the "Person authorised to sign on behalf" field?
Answer
The Form 484 to issue/transfer shares to a Corporate Shareholder allows as many Directors of a Corporate Shareholder as the user would like. According to Corporations Act 2001 - Sect 127, the following can sign on behalf of a Company:
a) Two Directors of a Company
b) A Director and Secretary of a Company
c) For a Proprietary Company, that a Sole Director who is also the Sole Company Secretary - that Director

To add additional Directors into the Form 484, add a colon ( ; ) immediately following the Director's name, allowing the input of the next Director's name.
