Rejection error : Rejection Code V999 - Deregistration applicant role already exists for organisation.
This Rejection can occur for the following changes:
- A 6010 Deregistration form was already submitted previously for this Company with the same person as Applicant

This error is due to the applicant already being used in a previously lodged 6010 Form. The 6010 Form will need to be lodged via paper to ASIC directly.
According to ASIC’s logic, if an applicant was already nominated for a 6010 Form, they cannot be appointed as an applicant in another 6010 Form for any other Company. This is why the form needs to be lodged directly with ASIC via paper lodgement.
