Understanding Director ID

A Director ID communication campaign was raised by the ATO on 19 October to increase awareness of the Director ID obligation and encourage directors to apply for their Director ID by 30 November 2022.

The campaign aims to support Directors to apply for their Director ID on time to avoid any potential for compliance action.

Director ID Stakeholder Pack

The attached pack from the ATO has been updated with new resources from the one circulated earlier this year. The aim is to support communications to your members, to help understand their Director ID obligations and the approaching deadline. The pack includes:

  1. Director ID resource kit with pre-prepared social media posts, factsheet and social tiles
