Why is Director ID not saving on the Company Profile and is giving me an 'Incorrect Director ID' error?
NowInfinity has implemented an algorithm in the system to make sure the Director ID is correct from February 2022. Any Director ID that was initially added to other Companies prior to February 2022, were added before the NowInfinity Director ID validation rules were deployed. This is why they were able to save with an incorrect Director ID before.
The agent will need to confirm with their client the accuracy of the information they have been provided, and if an error is still received, it is advisable for the owner of the Director ID to login into their MyGov account to confirm the correct ID number.
