Does the Billing Contact receive a copy of the Annual Statement?

When an Annual Statement is sent out for signing, will the Billing Contact receive a copy of the Annual Statement?

Answer

No, only the Signing Contact will receive the Annual Statement. The Billing Contact will only receive an email if payment reminders are scheduled to be sent. In order for the Billing Contact to receive the Annual Statement, the Billing Contact's email would need to be entered in the 'Copy to' section when sending out the Annual Statement for signing.
