Question
Why is the "held on" date within the minutes document of the Annual Statement blank?
Answer
A minute is a record of a meeting. A meeting is held on a specific date, hence why the term "held on" is appropriate and necessary. The "held on" section of the minutes generated is left blank as this should be filled in as the date on which the meeting actually takes place.
To add the "held on" date navigate to Menu > Corporate Messenger > Annual Statements > Annual Statement Profile > scroll down the the "Refresh" integration. Here you will have the option to add the "held on" date before sending for signing.
