How to generate documents that are missing from an Annual Statement?
Answer
The following steps will allow you to refresh the Annual Statement documents. These will include, depending on your Product Settings:
- Cover Letter
- Solvency Resolution or Minutes
- ASIC Company Statement
Note: The ASIC Invoice will appear as a separate file or part of the ASIC Company Statement, depending on your settings.
Navigate to Menu > Corporate Messenger > Annual Statements > Search the company name to open the Annual Statement profile.
1. Select the "Refresh" dropdown option
2. Select the Minutes or Resolution option
3. Click "Save". This will trigger the documents to be regenerated
4. Refresh your browser, the documents should then appear to the left of the page under Documents Available.
