How can I mark an Annual Statement as Signed?
Answer
In order to mark an Annual Statement as signed, it will first need to be sent for signing via email, e-signing or marked as sent.
1. To mark an Annual Statement as Signed, navigate to Menu > Corporate Messenger > Annual Statements
2. Click on "Confirm Signing" for the specific Annual Statement.
3. Upload the signed document > select "Confirm Signing Completed".
4. The Status will change to "Signed" and the status under Signing will change to "Paper signed on 00/00/0000".
