Can I have multiple NowInfinity accounts, linked to 1 XPM account?
You can. However, this is not recommended as the Comparison Report will show discrepancies when entities that are in the other NowInfinity accounts cannot be found in the NowInfinity account you are running the Comparison Report on.

What does the Comparison Report check?
The number of Companies in XPM v Corporate Messenger
The Physical address of a Company in XPM v the Principle Place of Business in Corporate Messenger.
A Company has a different Physical address and Principle Place of Business address on purpose, how can I remove this discrepancy off the Comparison Report?
Data in the Comparison Report is also listed as interactive items in Menu > Notification Center. From here you can select to "Ignore" this discrepancy.
What happens if I "Ignore" a discrepancy from my Comparison report?
If you have selected "Ignore", the discrepancy will not appear again on your list of discrepancies, even if a comparison is run.
I have Company on XPM which I am not their registered ASIC Agent for, how can I remove this discrepancy off the Comparison Report?
Data in the Comparison Report is also listed as interactive items in Menu > Notification Center. From here you can select to "Ignore" this discrepancy. Alternatively, lodge a Form 362 if you need to appoint yourself as their ASIC Agent.
The Comparison report is displaying "Can't find telephone number for SAMPLE PTY LTD", which phone number is this?
The discrepancy “Can't find telephone number for SAMPLE PTY LTD” is comparing the phone number in XPM to the Signing Contact phone number in NowInfinity. Ensure the Signing Contact's phone number is listed in NowInfinity.
The Comparison report is displaying an address discrepancy, what address is this?
The discrepancy “SAMPLE PTY LTD has different address” is comparing the Physical address in XPM to the Principle address of the Company Profile in NowInfinity.
How can I fix an address discrepancy?
Data in the Comparison Report is also listed as interactive items in Menu > Notification Center. To change an address, navigate to this page and search for the Company name to view the discrepancy. To change the address in NowInfinity, select "Change Company Address in NI" as this address change will need to be lodged to ASIC. To change the address in XPM, select "Change Company Address in XPM", and you will be routed to XPM to update. Alternatively, use the "Ignore" button if the address difference between NowInfinity and XPM is correct.
The Comparison report is displaying “SAMPLE PTY LTD not found in XPM", however, this Company is in XPM.
Check the spelling and grammar are correct, for example, is the Company named "SAMPLE PTY. LTD." in XPM and "SAMPLE PTY LTD" in NowInfinity? They need to match exactly.
Check the Company is listed as a "Company" type in XPM. The "type" can be found under the Company name in their XPM profile.
Check article detailing how to connect XPM to NowInfinity, and ensure Step B onwards has been completed in this. If the labelling in NowInfinity is incorrect or missing, NowInfinity will not be able to match the Companies correctly. Ensure the labelling is exactly as it's listed in XPM, i.e. spelling, grammar, capital letters etc.

When pushing a Company Registration from NowInfinity to XPM, what do the two "Copy Methods" mean?
"All entities" will push to XPM the addresses and Officeholders, as well as the Company name. If an Officeholder already exists in XPM as an Individual, a duplicate will be created.
"Company Name" will just create a Company Profile in XPM and avoid duplicated Officeholders.
I'm trying to push a document to XPM from NowInfinity, why can't I see the Company?
When you select a document to push across to XPM, a list of Companies in XPM should appear to choose from. If the Company is only new, or you have only just pushed the Company over to XPM, there can sometimes be a delay. Therefore if the Company isn’t on the list, go to Menu > Portal Settings > Xero, and select "Sync Data". This will refresh the connection.
Why can't I push a Trust establishment to XPM from NowInfinity?
Currently, only Discretionary Trust establishments can be pushed to XPM. Establishments for other Trust Types need to be manually entered into XPM.
Does the "Corporate Trustee of" field sync with XPM?
This field would need to be manually entered into XPM, it will not automatically sync.
What Company changes can I push from NowInfinity to XPM?
Address changes can only be pushed to XPM if they are the Principle Place of Business. Currently, there is no functionality to update the registered address or individual's address.
Changes to Officeholder's information cannot be pushed to XPM. Officeholder's information can only be pushed to XPM from the Company Registration.
Why is a Company in NowInfinity is not syncing with XPM?
If the Company was not registered on NowInfinity, only the main Company information such as the Company name will sync with XPM. Individuals will not push across.
If the Company was registered on NowInfinity but the XPM integration was not yet set up. You will need to manually push the data across from the Company Registration's Collaboration page.

Check you are using Google Chrome, if you are, the connection may have been disabled. Check this in Menu > Portal Settings > Xero. Click here for instructions on how to connect the integration, if required.
Why can I not pull Officer's details into NowInfinity forms, using the XPM button?
Officer/Director details are listed in XPM as individuals, rather than part of the Company and therefore stored in a separate section and cannot be pulled across.
How does NowInfinity determine if a Trust is a Unit Trust or a Discretionary Trust when importing from XPM?
