When documentation is sent via Electronic Signing, the signing status will automatically update after the signatory has signed the documentation.
Once signing is completed, the signed documents are automatically uploaded on the collaboration page.
Sent via email or downloaded
When sent via email or downloaded, the option to mark the documentation as signed and to upload the signed document is available under the 'Lodgements' tab.
To proceed, go to Menu > Lodgements
Click on three dots and select ‘Mark as signed’. Enter the signing date and upload the signed documents.
