How to Resend Signing Notifications For E-Signing Envelopes

Question

How can the end-client be notified once more to sign forms sent via DocuSign, through the NowInfinity portal?

Answer

Once the form has been sent for electronic signing, click to view the progress, and download partially signed documents from the collaboration page
 

  1. Navigate to the form requiring the resend of the signing notification via Menu > Documents > Completed Documents or Menu > Corporate Messenger > Lodgements. 
  2. Open the Collaboration page of the document by clicking the name of the entity.
  3. Select "Electronic Signing" under the Integrations menu to open the Signing Status drop-down.
  4. All signatories will be present under the Signing Status section. This will show dates and times of completed signatures captured by DocuSign, as well as any incomplete signatures required.
  5. To resend a signing notification email, select "Resend Signing Notification".

  6. A popup will appear with the email prefilled to match the original recipients email address. This can be updated if required. 
  7. Once the email has been confirmed, press "Send".

  8. Once the email is confirmed as sent, the below banner will appear on the top right hand side of the screen.

This resent notification will also be reflected in the Outgoing Correspondence tab, for future reference if required.
