Why is the signatory receiving a blank screen with links when they open the View Documents Online button within an e-signing email?

If the below screen appears when a signatory opens the View Documents Online link to e-sign, this means not all steps have been followed when connecting a custom DocuSign account.
This error occurs when the last step for setting up the custom DocuSign account has not been actioned. To resolve this please contact the Support Team via support@nowinfinity.com.au and request for support to action the last step.
