Blank screen appearing when signatory attempts to e-sign

Why is the signatory receiving a blank screen with links when they open the View Documents Online button within an e-signing email?

Answer

If the below screen appears when a signatory opens the View Documents Online link to e-sign, this means not all steps have been followed when connecting a custom DocuSign account.2024-12-06_13h22_19.png

This error occurs when the last step for setting up the custom DocuSign account has not been actioned. To resolve this please contact the Support Team via support@nowinfinity.com.au and request for support to action the last step.2024-12-06_12h03_45.png
