I have archived an Annual Statement, and can no longer locate it. Where can these Annual Statements be found?
Answer
Annual Statements that have been actioned or are required to be removed from the Annual Statements list can be 'Archived'. To access the Archived Annual Statements follow the below steps:
- Navigate to Menu > Annual Statements
- In the top-left hand corner, there is a drop-down box labelled 'Show'. Click the box and change this field to 'Archived'.
- Now you will be able to access all of the archived Annual Statements within the date range applicable. Edit the date range in the top-right hand corner of the page to view previously archived Annual Statements.
