Why is an Annual Statement appearing twice under the Recent Documents of a Company Profile?
Answer
An Annual Statement may appear twice if a "Not Received" Annual Statement is open on two separate web browser windows. If the "Not Received" Annual Statement is re-merged on one of the open windows and sent for signing this will create one instance of the Annual Statement.
If the other window is still open with the Annual Statement still appearing as "Not Received", and it is also re-merged this will create a second instance of the same Annual Statement.
To avoid this in future it is recommended to either refresh each page you have open after re-merging an Annual Statement or to close all windows besides the active window you are working on.
