Corporate Messenger and Trust Register Integration

NowInfinity Integration

Question

What is the logic of the NI Integration? How does it work?

Answer

If an individual enters their name and address within a legal document (i.e. Company Registration), the information will pull through when using the NowInfinity Integration.

If a person’s information has never been entered in any legal documents within the Documentation Suite, their name or information will not show up when using the integration.

Note:The NowInfinity Integration has no affiliation to the information within Corporate Messenger. It is only specific to information which has been entered within NowInfinity's legal documentation products.

When using the NowInfinity Integration or when typing an address in the address field, the information will be saved for that individual. If there are multiple addresses recorded for an individual, the NowInfinity Integration will pull an address at random from any of the multiple entries saved.

To proceed with the document the information would need to be manually entered overriding the old address pulled from the NowInfinity Integration.
