How to archive or unarchive an Annual Statement?

Archiving an Annual Statement
Step 1: Navigate to Menu > Corporate Messenger > Annual Statements > search the name of the Company and once found click the 3 dots on the right hand side > click "Archive"
Step 2: Once "Archive" has been clicked, to check the Company is under the inactive list, click on the box labelled "Show" in the top left corner > change from "Read and Unread" to "Archived"
If the company is appearing under "Archived" this means it has been successfully archived.
Unarchiving an Annual Statement
Step 1: Navigate to Menu > Corporate Messenger > Annual Statements > click on the box labelled "Show" in the top left corner > change from "Read and Unread" to "Archived"
Step 2: Click the 3 dots on the right hand side > click "Unarchive"
Step 3: Once "Unarchive" has been clicked to check the company is now under the active list click on the box labelled Show in the top left corner > change from "Archived" to "Read and Unread"
If the company is appearing under "Read and Unread" this means it has been successfully unarchived.
