We do not send the ASIC invoice with the Annual Statement documentation pack. Will payment reminders still be scheduled?
Answer
If by default you do not display the ASIC Invoice document as part of the Annual Statement pack, payment reminders will not automatically be scheduled:
You can however select, prior to sending the Annual Statement, "Create Payment Reminders For This Statement". When in the Annual Statement profile, prior to sending the Annual Statement, ensure this setting is ticked.
Once ticked, the Reminders section will become available.
