If we do not send the ASIC invoice with the Annual Statement documentation pack, will payment reminders still be scheduled?
Answer
If by default you do not display the ASIC Invoice document as part of the Annual Statement pack, payment reminders will not automatically be scheduled. You can check/change this setting by navigating to Menu > Corporate Messenger > Product Settings > Annual Statement:
However, you can select "Create Payment Reminders For This Statement" prior to sending the Annual Statement. This is viewable in the Annual Statement profile, prior to sending the Annual Statement.
Once ticked, the Reminders section will become available.
