Can the 201 Company Registration form be e-signed?
Answer
The form cannot be signed. The Form 201 does not include a signing field via e-signing since this is not part of the regular docs that are generated after a Company Registration.
The form is a part of the envelope and returned as signed under documents available but does not contain signature.
