How can I change the recipient of the Daily Summary?
Answer
Daily Summary will be sent to the first active NowInfinity user based on the following order:
- ASIC Contact (to update see Changing the Default ASIC Contact)
- If no active ASIC contact for the account, it will be sent to NowInfinity's Primary Contact (to update see How to update your company details)
- If no active ASIC contact or Primary contact for the account, it will be sent to the first NowInfinity User (see Menu > Portal > Portal Settings > User Management)
Note: An active account is one that is not locked out and is accessed at least once a month.
