How to change the recipient of the Daily Summary

How can I change the recipient of the Daily Summary?

Answer

Daily Summary will be sent to the first active NowInfinity user based on the following order:

  1. ASIC Contact (to update see Changing the Default ASIC Contact)
  2. If no active ASIC contact for the account, it will be sent to NowInfinity's Primary Contact (to update see How to update your company details)
  3. If no active ASIC contact or Primary contact for the account, it will be sent to the first NowInfinity User (see Menu > Portal > Portal Settings > User Management)

Note: An active account is one that is not locked out and is accessed at least once a month.
