Switching between Solvency Minutes and a Solvency Resolution

Question

How can I change from having Solvency Minutes to generating a Solvency Resolution?

Answer

Within Annual Statements in Corporate Messenger, there is an option to change the settings of the particular Annual Statement via "Refresh". 

1. Navigate to Corporate Messenger > Annual Statements

2. Select "Refresh"

3. Select a Solvency Resolution or Solvency Minutes - what you select will depend on your client's circumstances. Click "Save" to apply the changes.

The Solvency Minutes option will only be available if there are two or more people attending the meeting.
If there is a Sole Director and the Solvency Minutes option is selected, the system will automatically revert this back to the Solvency Resolution option, as this is default.

4. The updated Solvency Resolution/Minute will appear in the "Documents Available" section of the Collaboration Page.
