How can I change from having Solvency Minutes to generating a Solvency Resolution?
Answer
Within Annual Statements in Corporate Messenger, there is an option to change the settings of the particular Annual Statement via "Refresh".
1. Navigate to Corporate Messenger > Annual Statements
2. Select "Refresh"
3. Select a Solvency Resolution or Solvency Minutes - what you select will depend on your client's circumstances. Click "Save" to apply the changes.
4. The updated Solvency Resolution/Minute will appear in the "Documents Available" section of the Collaboration Page.
