How do I customise my text message templates

Answer

Note: This covers updating the text message templates. This does not cover updating or requirements of Sender ID

  1. Navigate to Menu > Portal > Portal Settings > Text Messages
  2. Edit the relevant text message template
    Note: It is advised not to edit or remove default template codes (e.g. @CompanyName) as these will pull through data from the relevant client/document
  3. Select "Save"
