Which information is available on the Company Full Profile?
Answer
The Company Profile contains all the current information about the Company, with options to add/ change/ and update the information available.
To access a company profile, go to Menu > Companies
Click on a Company name and select ‘See full profile’.
The following information is available on the Company Profile page:
- Company information
- Officer's information
- Shareholders information
- Client's contact information
- Debts
- Company share structure
- Recent documents
- Lodged documents details
Company Information
This section contains the main information about the Company. The following information are pre-filled:
Company Name
Cannot be edited on the profile page – can only be changed by lodging a form 205 Company Name change.
The form is available at the top of the Company Profile under "Company Name".
ACN
Not editable
Date of Registration
Not editable
Registered and Principal Addresses
Editable by clicking on the pen icon. When clicking on the pen icon, enter the new address and select ‘Prepare form 484A1’.
Select the document to generate: a Minute, a Resolution or the Form Only.
If you select Minutes, you will need to enter the meeting address.
Select the Authorising Officeholder (person signing the documentation), the Signing Manager (someone from your firm, it is important to note that the Signing Manager is not required to sign the documentation) and declare that the information is true and correct. Then click on ‘Generate Documentation’.
You will be redirected to the Lodgement Page from which you can open the documentation, send it to your client for signing or lodge it with ASIC.
Note: The Company’s Profile will only be updated once the form has been successfully lodged.
Status
Not editable - can be either:
- Active
- Deregistering – the Company is the deregistering process now
- Deregistered - the Company has been deregistered
- Archived – the Company was transferred to another Agent
Company Type
Not editable - can be either:
- Unlisted Public - Non-Profit Company
- Proprietary - Superannuation Trustee Company (PSTC)
- Proprietary Company (PROP)
Note: The following information is optional and can be added manually to the Company Profile.
Corporate Key
The Corporate Key will not automatically appear within NowInfinity, it can be manually added.
Family Group
You can add a family group in order to facilitate your Companies search. Once a family group is entered, you can search for the family group in the Search Feature available on the Companies page.
Reference number
You can add a reference number if you would like to identify and search Companies via a reference number. You can use the Search Feature to search by the reference number on the Companies page.
Corporate Trustee Of
If a Company is acting as Trustee of one or more Trusts, you can enter the name of the Trust(s) in this field. If you are using NowInfinity Trust Register, the names of Trusts available in the Trust Register will populate in a drop down box. You can add more than one Trust by separating the Trust name with ‘ ; ‘.
Ultimate Holding Company
Two additional fields are displayed for Companies with an Ultimate Holding Company. You will only be able to amend the Ultimate Holding Company name section as the ACN will be locked.
Officers information
To see more information about the Officers, click on View at the top of the profile and select ‘Officers’.
This section will provide details about the existing Officers and the ceased Officers. You can also appoint, cease or appoint and cease Directors from this page.
Contains each current Officeholder names, addresses, Date of Birth and Place of Birth.
Name and addresses are editable by clicking on the Pen Icon:
Enter the new name or address and click on "Prepare 484 form".
Click on ‘Officer cessation’ to cease the Officer from his role as Director or Secretary of the Company. Complete the information required and click on Prepare 484B1 Form.
Note: The profile will only update once the form has been successfully lodged with ASIC.
Shareholders information
Contains name, address, and share details of each Shareholder. Information cannot be edited on the profile but can be edited by lodging an ASIC form. These forms can be found at the top of the Company Profile under "Share Management".
To see more information about the shares, click on View at the top of the profile and select 'Shares'.
Client’s Contact Information
It is optional to provide a client’s contact information. However, we do recommend you fill this information in as it will save you time in the future when it comes to sending out documents and invoices.
There are two types of contacts you can add, a Signing Contact and Billing Contact.
The Signing Contact will be the person whose details are saved and entered for any documents completed for this Company which need to be signed.
The Billing Contact will be the person whose details are saved and entered for sending out any invoices relating to the Company.
Note: By selecting "Billing Contact is the same" this automatically applies the entered details to both the Signing and Billing Contact.
To enter a client contact, click on ‘Edit’.
Debts/How to generate a payslip?
If the Company has an outstanding debt with ASIC, the amount of the debt will appear under the Debt section of the Company Profile.
Check Debt
A Companies debt will be updated every day with the Daily Debt Reports, however you have the option to click on "Check Debt" to send a request to ASIC’s financial database to refresh the debt of this Company.
Generate a payslip
Click on this option to generate a "Draft" payslip. Note that the payslip is created by Corporate Messenger and although it replicates an ASIC invoice, it is only a replica and the actual invoice will still be issued by ASIC. Your clients will be able to pay using the Corporate Messenger "Draft" payslip.
Select the reason for the payslip from the dropdown box. The amount will automatically be pre-filled but can be changed if necessary.

Untick the "Include existing debt" check box if you do not want all other existing debt for this Company to be added to this individual payslip.
Then click on Download.

Recent Documents
The Recent Documents section displays all recent forms prepared for a Company, including forms with a status set as ‘Draft’, ‘Waiting for Signature’, ‘Signed’ or ‘Lodged’.
The documents are sorted by Date of Creation, from the newest to the oldest.
The following information is available for each form:
- Company’s name
- Document status
- Form number
- Trace number
- Date it was created
The bin icon is available for documents with the status set as “Waiting for Signature”, “Draft”, and “Rejected”. Click on this icon to remove a document.
To open the documentation, click on the Company’s name.
To see all the documents prepared for this Company, click on “See All Documents”.
Company Share Structure
The Company Share Structure provides the following information about the shares:
- Share class(es)
- Share description
- Number of shares issued
- Total amount paid, and;
- Total amount unpaid.
To see more information about the share structure and the allotments, click on the drop-down box at the top of the profile and select ‘Shares’
Allotments
Allotments shows share information per Shareholders.
It includes:
- Share class
- Quantity
- Amount paid and unpaid per share
- Share numbers (Share Certificates) - this is left blank however can be completed by user (optional)
Note: Share Certificates will be added to the Allotments Table if a share transaction has occurred within NowInfinity eg a 484 Transfer of Shares form - Share issue date: the date is pre-filled if the issue of share was made on Corporate Messenger. If outside of Corporate Messenger, you can add the date manually.

However, data must match with ASIC records. Otherwise mismatched records are highlighted. For ease of comparison the ASIC value is highlighted in bold.
The allotment table cannot be edited if there are unlodged or pending forms which may affect the share structure of the Company. You will receive the following warning when the allotment table cannot be edited.
Share Certificates
This section is left blank by default. To edit this section, click on the pen icon and enter the last certificate number.
Next time you prepare a share document, for example a share issue, by clicking yes if we have a certificate number it will automatically apply the next number.
Lodged Document details
This section only includes documents successfully lodged for this Company.
The following information is displayed:
- Form description
- Form code
- Document title
- Document number
- Date of lodgement.
