Changing the Annual Review date of a Company

Question

How can I change the Annual Review date for a Company?

Answer

A Company's Annual Review date, by default, will be the day and month of its registration. To change this date, prepare and lodge a Form 488 - "Application to change the review date of a company or registered scheme", via ASIC directly.

Lodgement will entail a fee, depending on the number of Companies which need their dates changed, and the reason for the change.

Currently, ASIC does not accept electronic lodgement of this form therefore it needs to be lodge via mail to:

Australian Securities and Investments Commission
PO Box 4000
Gippsland Mail Centre VIC 3841

You may directly contact ASIC on 1300 300 630 or click here for more information.

Note: The form 488 via the NowInfinity platform is currently in the building stage, an ETA is yet to be established. The date field only displays after the form is completed.
In order to enter the date:
-Complete the form will all relevant fields entered

-Once the form is completed, print form
