Can we disable the ability to send an SMS via NowInfinity?
Answer
The SMS functionality can not be turned off within NowInfinity.
To prevent the scheduling of SMS:
- Update the default reminders per, How to set up reminders, to remove any default SMS reminders.
- Ensure reminders aren't manually updated to include SMS when sending a document.
- Do not use the Debt Reminder functionality.
- Search for any scheduled draft reminders within Menu > Productivity > Reminders. Void any scheduled draft reminders.
Note: Using the default Sender ID option (ClickSend-assigned number), or the mobile number option for text messages is free and does not require additional registrations. See: How do I update the Sender ID for text messages
